Kids really engineer their own Arms in this guided activity, tinkering with where to place the cylinders and how to link their parts as they design, test, and redesign the ultimate grabbing machine. This Arm has 6 hydraulic cylinders (3 that move the arm, and 3 that form the control panel). Grades 6 – 12+ (different documents for different ages).
