Frey Scientific Sling Psychrometer is an economical but effective device using the difference in the readings of a wet-bulb and a dry-bulb thermometer to find out the relative humidity. The wet-bulb thermometer is cooled by the evaporation of the water when whirled and shows a lower reading than the dry-bulb thermometer. Comes with a chart for getting relative humidity.
