Juicy Fruits
Description
Any age student would enjoy making these miniature paintings of luscious, juicy fruits, especially if your class could make and enjoy a fruit salad together first! Using a variety of materials to create a glistening, glittering look will add to the fun. This lesson would be a great tie-in to a unit on nutrition in Health or Science classes.
Objectives
- Students will use a variety of materials along with traditional tempera paints to create a juicy look to paintings of fruit.
