Headroom under extended-height loft is 52-5/8 H inches. 7 feet 10-1/8 inches W x 4 feet D x 7 feet 4 inches H overall. Single loft has 500 pound weight capacity. Recommended age range is 2-5 years old. NOTE: The minimum ceiling height for this loft is 10-1/8 feet.
