Water-soluble color helps in creating a translucent ink-like effect by applying a wash on pure, vibrant dry lines. Once colors are washed out, they dry quickly with very little bleed occurring, so colors can be positioned next to each other without bleeding into each other. Colors are permanent once dry and other medias can be used over them. Pencil offers enhanced effect when applied to a dark backgrounds.Features
