Blending tortillons are made from tightly spiral wound, soft gray paper, and can be used to smooth and blend pastels, charcoal and pencil. End can be cleaned up or sharpened by tearing a strip off the top. One end is pointed and measures 2-7/8 x 1/4 inches.
